INVESTMENT CRITERIA
We invest our own capital in businesses we understand and that are already up and running. If your company or opportunity fits these criteria, let’s talk.
Hyroc may review opportunities involving established businesses that appear to fit its proprietary investment criteria. Submitting information through this website is only an invitation for Hyroc to review the submission and does not create any obligation, confidentiality duty, exclusivity, fiduciary duty, advisory relationship, financing commitment, investment commitment, offer, solicitation, or transaction.

-
Operating businesses with revenue and a proven model. We don’t invest in unproven ideas.
-
Potential proprietary transactions may include minority or control equity investments, asset acquisitions, or other negotiated principal transactions, as applicable. Hyroc does not arrange, broker, place, intermediate, or advise on transactions for third parties.
-
Meaningful stakes, typically between 20% and 60%, as an active partner genuinely involved for the long term.
-
We consider deals of all sizes, from small stakes to larger investments. It’s not the amount that decides, but how the project fits our criteria.
-
Long term (generally five years or more). We don’t come in to exit quickly.
