At Hyroc Capital, we invest our own capital with a simple idea: when a good business grows, everyone wins.
We build businesses that endure and leave something better behind. We look for established operating businesses and assets that may fit our principal-investment criteria.
Any support, involvement, or participation by Hyroc is provided only in connection with a negotiated principal investment, acquisition, or other proprietary transaction and only as set out in definitive written agreements.

Hyroc brings its own capital, experience, and more than two decades of building, managing, and growing businesses.
For more than two decades, we have built and managed our own companies across a range of industries, including private security, technical services and installations, hospitality and restaurants, real estate and asset management, and business consulting.
We understand firsthand what it takes to build a successful business: making difficult decisions, developing strong teams, navigating challenges, and creating sustainable growth.
When we invest our own capital in a company, our goal is to work alongside its founders and partners as they enter their next stage of growth, bringing our experience, business perspective, and resources where they can add the most value.

Principal capital transactions
We evaluate opportunities to invest Hyroc’s own capital through negotiated principal transactions, on clear terms and through a direct relationship. Hyroc is not a bank, licensed lender, loan broker, money transmitter, broker-dealer, placement agent, finder or investment adviser. Any capital transaction is subject to Hyroc’s review and separately negotiated definitive documentation.
